Hey guys

I notice that most of the valuable information about Santiago are a year or two old. So this city needs an update.

In my opinion, the most beautiful women in the DR are in Santiago. And there are quite a few hot Colombians who live in this city.

Chicas, restaurants, cabanas, hotels, etc. all need an update.

There will be an update by mid-August.

A few facts off the top of my head......

McDonalds in Santiago have milkshakes (but the McDonalds in Santo Domingo do not.)
There is a bartender name Angela who works at the casino at the Gran Arimante. I hope she is still there.
A hot Colombian name Angelita who is a college student. I hope I bump into her. :D
I visited the monument last October and it was very clean and well done.
There is another city called "Moca" which is around a 10-minute drive from Santiago. Quite a few cute girls who live in this city.

Actually, some McDonalds DO have mikeshakes in SD, as do SOME Burger Kings.

The only thing I used to buy in McDonalds was the McFlurry, until they downsized it by MORE THAN HALF last month, and kept the same price.

Cheap ass mother fuckers..

The McDonalds on Maximo Gomez and Jose Contreras is chica central, as is the one on Lincoln...

Hey guys

Can anyone recommend a small tour group that I can join during the day?
I want to take a bunch a pictures of the city for all of us!!!

I do not want to tour the city with a cab driver. I prefer a small group.

Thank you.

Every chica I have met in DR from Santiago seems to have an aversion to dark skin (negros).

But I'll be giving Santiago a shot today. I plan on stopping for a time.

Really?? Now I had a completely different experience. I got a lot of love from Santiago, Moca, and La Vega chicas and I am 3:00am black..I think it is more of a nationality thing (aversion to Haitians) and not color....but I will save that discussion for another thread..

Explorador, I think you've got it backwards... Don't want to sound like I'm starting 'chicken before the egg' argument, but think about it...

Many of the very light chicas--especially with butts get a lot of attention from Moreno Americanos (correct me if I'm wrong)...

Chicas can walk into a room and know what guys will give them love... Hence the dark-skinned chicas usually don't expect much attention from Moreno Americanos, and vice versa with lighter complexioned chicas...

So the Light Skinned chicas zone in on the Morenos because that's who they think will be on them...

...Just think about it....

Hey guys

I plan to stop by Santiago on my way to Sosua.

I went over the threads in the Santiago section and I came upon this info.

Email his wife Rocio at palomalinda0890@hotmail.com (palomalinda0890@hotmail.com) or call JJ on his cell 809-357-6049

Has anyone used him as a cab driver? Is he a reliable person?

I would like to check out a few car washes and cabanas.

Thank you.

My first trip I used his services for transportation between Santiago airport to Sosua and back. Very reliable and highly recommended from people on DR1.

He spoke pretty good english, and seemed like a nice guy. I didn't use him for showing me the area (bars etc). I couldn't have asked for a better taxi driver being a newbie at the time.

I look forward to a Santiago report. I think someone else was going to post a Santiago report, but it never materialized.

It was over a year ago. I want to say $80 each way. I initially paid for his services through pay pal. I believe he was going to give me a better rate if I paid cash for the return trip. I ended up just paying using pay pal. He was on time for the pick-up at the airport, and early for my return. I would use him again if needed.
