Reasonable and unreasonable expectations for a sex monger vacation.

I have observed that there is a correlation between money spent on drinks for and with chicas and the amount of fun to be had with them on your vacation. Now that’s not to say some guys over tip and over spend where ever they go. There is a happy medium!

In the month of June I had 4 groups of vacationers stay with me at different times. One was a single guy who stayed a week. There were three pairs of friends who stayed 4 nights each. Now I will admit I pride myself on my hospitality and good cooking. But! Contrary to published reports here on ISOC I can not guarantee a good time or provide lots of great sexy chicas.

The single guy and one pair of guys went out every night and bought drinks for any and all chicas who sat with them. They had a great time with lots of laughs and the chicas responded with great performances when invited to spend the night. The chicas were always ready to stay and party longer and were ready to come back.

The other guys wanted to meet chicas who weren’t “working girls” because then they didn’t have to pay a salida. We went to carwashes and got no action at all because they wouldn’t even send a couple beers over to a table of 6 chicas. They didn’t dance so that was out as far as meeting “regular” chicas.

Then we’d hit the “take-out” bars and I’d feel embarrassed because they’d order water for them selves or a beer and nothing for the chicas. So I’d get a couple of grandes for the chicas and cuba libre for myself. They’d low ball a price and get some action but were never satisfied with the performances of their selections. The chicas left early and never phoned to see if they were wanted for a return engagement.

And last night I went out with a friend who lives here and another vacationing pair of guys. We started in Puerto Plata then on to Sosua. At our first stop one ordered a beer and the other water. My friend and I ordered two cuba libras and two grande Presidentes for 4 chicas sitting at a table nearby. They were immediately friendly and very talkative. The other two guys sat alone and complained that they were being ignored. Cost of two Presidente was 200 pesos (less than 3.00us each) for some attention for my friend and I. (Photos below.)

Living on a pension that was good in 1992 when I retired but it has shrunk as to its purchasing power in 2008. In 1992 a chica would stay all night for 300 pesos ($60.00us) so that hasn’t changed much at all. But the cost of a beer at 10 pesos then (50 cents in 92 is now $2.00us), a gallon of gas (to fill my tank in 92 was $15.00us now $58.00us) and the cost of food has risen. But when I go out I still have enough to buy beer for the chicas because I know they are not sitting with me for my good looks and witty conversation.

You spend $500.00 on airfare, $350.00 on accommodations, $250.00 on food and booze and if you go on the cheap $300.00 for chicas. Total of 1400.00us for a weeks vacation.
If you put 20% more in to the vacation ($280.00us) how much more fun could you have?

Just my recent observations of guys on vacation who are penny wise and dollar foolish.

It's easy to be remembered as a cheap fuck or a good fuck...in order to be remembered as the latter....ya gotta drop a few pesos! Its more fun for ME to go look for "fresh flowers" to pick, than it is to go to the store and buy them in a bouquet....

Puta hunting from a table on Conde is as easy as sharing a couple of Grandes and some fries...you get to LEARN a little, play a lot and it goes a long way in the performance you get....

Great post DB

A big part of the enjoyment for me is hanging out and having some drinks and fun with the chicas.
This is also a very important screening process as well.

I don't have any desire to buy a Bohem puta a $10 cocktail but I will gladly buy mucho cervezas for mucho chicas who are keeping me company and getting acquainted.

I often have some chocolates, gum, suckers, and Baily's or CC with me to really get the party going.
If things are going well, a few tequilas and pizzas make it even better.

I have had some great times where I was not ready for a session but I will give the chica a nice tip anyways and arrange to see her later.

Wise advise and observations. Some people just don't get it!

And no matter how many people you show a great time theres always going to be some who are just socially inept or just not capable of having a good time.

If you can have a 95% or better level of satisfaction your in far better shape than most businesses in the DR. Too many look for the first time naive customers and say let me take them for whatever I can and wait for the next sucker to come alone.

Who cares if they are here 10 weeks a year every year and I could have steady customers?

From the reports and reviews I have heard of your place your definitely in the 95+% area so you can't really ask for anything more. 100% is a pipe dream when dealing with the public.

You can extend this thread to include when the guys are amongst themselves.

If i have one pet peeve in the world, it's cheap motherfuckers. I don't want them anywhere near me.

I'll buy a drink for someone i don't even really know (but who's "with" my group) and if he doesn't buy me back, i don't get mad, i see it as a very inexpensive way to know that i want nothing whatsoever to do with him. Money well spent if u ask me.

I really don't get those types. Just today Bobby Murcer and Tony Snow died and neither was even 65 years old. What the fuck, do they think they get to take that money with them when they croak?

Yes, I have heard it somewhere long in the past. Not common slang. Maybe used in the armed forces or Down Under? Means "horny" because if you are sexually aroused the taste of your saliva changes.

I worked for a Italian boss for 28 years in a steel mill in Hamilton Canada. He impressed upon me as a young kid (19) working for him, that for the sake of a few hundred dollars a year (todays wages) it was better to pay for a round when it came your turn than be known as a cheep bastard with short arms and deep pockets.

Reasonable and unreasonable expectations for a sex monger vacation.

I have observed that there is a correlation between money spent on drinks for and with chicas and the amount of fun to be had with them on your vacation.

DominicanBilly I agree with just about everything you say, however it doesn't always work that way. Someone like myself who lives down here and therefore are in the clubs and bars on a more regular basis then someone who is on vacation; and probably you have seen it too. The chicas who you take care of and yet and still when it comes time to do the deed they forget all that and all they care about is the dough-re-me.

What I am talking about is because I've seen a lot of these chicas I have brought them beers often when I see them in the clubs and bars, or because they recognize me they will ask for some pesos because " Me hambre Popi". You know it not a big deal a few pesos here or there for a few beers. In most cases you may buy the beers for them because you feel somewhere down the line you may want to hit that "ass", but not right now; maybe you haven't made your decision for that night or maybe you are with someone else and you feel that it may give you some credit down the line when you want to get with them in the future. Whether that future is a few hours from now or a few weeks. That's what I would figure, but sometimes it don't go that way, often I have seen no matter how good you treat some of these chicas when it comes down to the deed or the price they don't treat you any better than anyone else.

I have also noticed that once you do the right thing by them, as in buying beers, again not a real big deal, but then every time they see you they are in your face looking for another freebie. Then when you start saying "no" they treat you like you got three eyes or something. Some of these chicas are like the little street kids, once you give them something for nothing every time they see you they want something for nothing.

But in general I do agree with you because in reality in doesn't really costs that much.

True true true!!! I have made it a point never to buy a beer for someone who asks. I point out to the chica that I know 10 to 12 of the chicas and I couldn't afford to buy a beer for everyone I know each night.

I will only buy for someone I invite to sit and talk with me. Someone new I'd like to get to know or someone that I like I'll buy them a drink. Most know I live with someone and it's a rare occasion for me to take them to a room.

As you point out when you live here they can get to be a pain in the ass and very much like street kids. They think "well if I don't ask for sure I won't get anything so I'll ask". They would never think of asking a Dominican man to buy them a drink because they'd know what he'd tell them.

Some of these chicas are like the little street kids,...

That is because they ARE little street kids...mentally...and forever. I always hear how "grown up" they are because they are 18, 21 or 25.....I also hear how "old" they are at 28! They associate AGE with grown, not mental maturity.

You're dealing with an education system that calls Freshman High School in the real world, UNIVERSITY in the DR....most DR kids don't make it past 8th grade or middle school.

The education comes from the street, the sense of fashion appears to be rapper videos or MTV....even the attitudes are "situationally learned", and developed by "peer group" based on survival. Hence why the hookers act much differently than the "not-a-putas" who prefer to slave for wages...and have gringo "boyfriends"....

As long as you never lose sight of the "prime objective", and deal with them on a 12 year old level.... whatever you choose to do (as in buying beers or fries) ultimately becomes the price you pay.

Vincent Vega
07-14-2008, 01:18 PM
Wow El Capitan! You are right on the mark. The young women there are mesmerized by bright, shiny things. The lack mental maturity is just not unique to the putas. Most of the young women there suffer from not having a father when they were growing up. As a result, their one sided view of life ,with mostly older women, causes them to mature slowly. And a lot of times, they are searching for their farther in older men. I believe that is why it is acceptable for older men to be with younger women there. Not only do older men represent financial security, but also spiritual security as well.

As you guys know, there are some very hard core putas there. They are in the game for real. But, there are many who were forced into the games for different life reasons. Do they want your money too? Of course they do! But they want to have fun while they do their work. As we want a GFE, they want to earn their money and be treated like they were a regular woman. I bet most are in denial that they are truly putas. That is until it is time to collect their money.

So what Dominican Billy has said is very true. A couple of beers, that really mean nothing to you, can make a young puta feel good about what she is about to do with you. She feels "normal". And just like you guys can spot a cheap MF at the bar, these women see it too. It is a game. Learn to play it well.

If you guys have a boss who treats you like you are one of the team and supports you and goes the extra mile for you, you are going to do a good job for him. It will be important to you. If you have an a-hole for a boss, you are still going to do the job, but you are going to just go through the motions. Same thing applies here.

Fishing is a lot of fun. But you know for the money you spend on gas and bait and ice and food to eat for the day, it is just as easy to go to the store and buy some fish. But where is the fun in that? I like to fish. So when I throw out my hook, I put a little bait on it. Bright, shiny bait.

Yeah...I learned this one the hard way on my first trip. It wasn't just the fact that she asked - but the way she asked - way too aggressive...

...then came the DRama...tears for a beer...lol.

Buying is not a biggie especially if you want to socialize - as you say Billy - in fact on my last night at After One - I bought a couple of beers for these two chicas - one was trying to chat me up - she had some English - I used my the comp "50" they give you at the door (actually had 2 - because I forgot to use one the night before) ...

...bottomline bought both of them beers cause I thought they were sweet - not pushy - after which the first asked if I wanted two girls it would be fine...lol. She was doable - in fact YoungHero thought she was pretty nice - but her friend was two girls by herself...lol.

...I used the my girlfriend is coming after work - just drinking with my friends line and they were cool.

PSYCHO girl from the night before had pain in the ass written all over her; if I don't know ya I don't owe ya!
