[DR1] Ambassador: DR has right to deport

Haitian Ambassador to the DR, Fritz Cineas, stated that all countries have the right to deport but asked that deportations be carried out with dignity. The diplomat was interviewed during the First International Conference for the Future of Relations between the Dominican Republic and the Republic of Haiti. He said he is not opposed to deportation of Haitians by the DR, as reported in Diario Libre.
