If it is near the Campo it is best to have a car. Moto situation is spotty there. If you do not mind walkabouts then it is not that bad. The question is how far up the hill is it.

Its not a bad walk at all. About 10 minute walk to Rockies from there.

I stayed there during my trip in September because Casa Linda Villas where booked it was not bad place to stay. One negativity I have it is not private a chica knocked on my door when I had a chica already it the room getting busy :twisted: .

Thanks for your responses. I think I'm going to rent it for my Nov trip (like JimmyDR, I enjoy walking!)

I stayed here for 2 weeks in sept . price was right , pool area is good,, it is a bit far away from the action (might be problem getting motos at night get some #"s ) it is very private be cautious!! no one there to ask for cedula!! I would rent it again as I enjoyed it at it is quietier than others close to the action at night!!

the location is cool if you like to walk and the price seems good. i know people that live in the complex...some for a long time.

anybody heard anything bad about it? i haven't.

eriks another thing there is no in room safe !!But Marco will let you store your stuff in his safe back in Rockies...

I stayed at the Condo the last two nights...the place is alright, good value for the price...I am going to stay there next time!!
I had no troubles with motos...20 - 30 pesos to Rockies...always got a moto within minutes. Nice and private but yes the girls can walk in and knock...I had more trouble with monger buddies knockin and interuptin Ram get busy...but that is another story for another day.

What happens if you find the hottest chica going at 5 am, but you need cash. Will Rockies be open. Just kidding, I don't like to store my stuff no where but in my room. If I can't do that I will store it at the front desk. Either way it has to be on premises, not a 10 minute walk.

Just too shaky for me. My luck I would have ST money and wind up with a chica suitable for TLN.

lots of hiding places in a condo...no need for a safe, not that it wouldn't be nice :)

The Condo is Mine for Trip # Nine!
Confirmed it with Marco. It's mine for 9 nights.

I'm used to having a safe in my room but will make do as follows:

#1: I never bring anything really valuable with me (i.e computer, CD player, expensive watch, etc).

#2: I'll keep my passport in the safe at Rockys. Marco is picking me up and bringing me back to the airport.

#3: I'll use the ATM's once/day for my daily cash. No large amounts of cash in the room. On previous trips, the exchange rate I got from ATM's was comparable to what was available on the street.

#4: If I happen to meet a chica I want, and for some reason don't have the cash on me....."hey, no promblema, I'm good for it tomorrow!"

And Ramesses, I like that "handcuff" suggestion! :evil:

Thanks to all for your comments. If your in Sosua during this trip, beers, and a "condo tour" are on me!

Arrive 3pm on Friday, 11 Nov.
Depart (reluctantly) around 4pm on Sunday, 20 Nov.

I know, I know,.....I'm missing BB's Bday bash and other Thanksgiving events, but such is life! :( :(
