Will be in Antigua or Barbados in February to watch England play cricket.

Thought I might try to fit in a week in DR as well, but not certain about flights. Liat appear to fly to Santo Domingo, but does anyone fly to Puerto Plata?

Check with the small carriers in the DR:

Air Century, Caribair.

There are other small carriers in the region
