I'd be apprehensive about any all inclusive, particularly any all
inclusive purporting to allow guests of the type you plan on bringing
in. First, the resort will do anything possible to keep you there so
that your extra money is spent there. Second, Dominican business
people will make any representation or promise to get your business
whether knowingly false or not. The recommendation from a guy who
will be making his 23rd trip there is to try Europa and while you're
there, check out Caribe Campo. If your impression is favorable, then
check out of Europa and go over to Caribe Campo. The guarantee is
that you'll be comfortable and secure at Europa while being nearby
the places you will want to frequent. All inclusive food is
generally crap as are the drinks (never stayed at an A/I but that's
what I hear for the A/Is around that area) are bar rail type
liquors. Eating is relatively inexpensive in Sosua if you know where
to go as is liquor. After this rather lengthy effort I'll probably
ge getting an e-mail from JimmyDR inquiring as to whether I'm having
another slow day at the office.
