The head of the Organization of American States (OAS) Mission of Observers, Ruben Perina, asked political parties to respect the results of Tuesday's elections, after highlighting the order and organization of the process in general. Perina is confident the process will strengthen democracy in the DR, according to a report by Listin Diario.
