There is the "Orange Shop" (Orange is a Phone Company ;)) in
the "Pedro Clisante" Street, nearly at the beach (close to Plutos
Bar)...they have been renting out Cel Phones in April (don't know if
they are still renting them). Orange prices to US, PR & Canada are
about 2.5 Pesos a minute incl. Tax (about 10 cents US)
