So of those who have been there for New Year's Eve where did you spend it?

How did it differ from a typical American NYEve?

Any suggestions on where I should go?

After reading your stories about Santiago, I voted for Santiago. It seemed like you had a great time there.

On a personal note, I would be in Santo Domingo. I just have more friends there.
