Kelvins has been one of my favorite hangouts for many years. 20 to 30 sexy girls at all times. The place is particularly packed on weekends. Opens at 11am-closes around 1am. Hardly any tourist here. Most of the girls are available for dates. Prices range from $20 for short stay-$30 to $40 for an all nighter. Many like to meet in the morning before work for a little cabana run.

Kelvins is located half block across the first light after you the enter the rotunda. Bear right when you see the sign "BIENVENIDOS A SANTIAGO" from the Pista Balaguer coming from Puerto Plata. Ask for DJ Pollo or DJ Power. Tell them that Ray sent you.

Oh Kelvin's ! This is the first place I went after landing in Santiago.

Kelvin's is a great place to drink and pick-up chicas ! I was there two weeks ago and noticed more chicas, probably 40 or more at night. During the afternoons, there are less. Didn't see many tourists either ! It's true about the girls offering to meet up in the cabaņas before going to work.

The chicas, in general, go with you for 700-900 pesos for short time.

I'm going back in two weeks !

It's a great place, but make sure you get there early. At 11:00 pm, the chicas are GONE!!

The last time i was there with WSJ, i was supposed to hook up with this chica but couldn't fit her in my schedule. Hope i didn't miss out on something special!

It's not on the highway, it's in the heart of Santiago (from what I remember).

Then what's the name of that big car wash in the Puerto Plata area, on the main highway between Sosua and Puerto Plata....on the way back to the Santigo airport the cab driver pointed it out to us and basically said...."lots of chicas there"....

I'm going back in two weeks ! Hey guys ill be arriving into Santiago airport Saturday the 22nd of april 06,and I'll be renting a car again. I know that theres a carwash as your leaving Santiago for Santo Domingo on the highway , you make a right where that kascada park is(water park) is that Kelvins? if not can you tell me how to get there from Santiagos Airport? think ill hit that as soon as I get my rental, get in around 1pm thanks

No, it's going the other direction. Ask for directions to avenue 27 de februro going towards POP.......

if u know where the Mcdonalds or Patron burger is on 27th de febrero then you are just a coupole blocks away... theres gotta be pics on here somewhere guys!

Kelvin's is located in the same block as Patron Burger, which is located on a corner ! I remember this because I wasn't in a car and after hanging out at Patron Burger, I walked a few steps to Kelvin's. I don't know the exact address but I know it's on the 27 de Febrero.
