First Lady Margarita Cedeno de Fernandez cut the ribbon, as part of yesterday's ceremony inaugurating the remodeled fourth floor of the Hospital Infantil Robert Reid Cabral, the leading children's hospital in the country. An intensive care unit and specialized medical services have been relocated to the fourth floor.
