Jet Blue to change flight schedule:

It's about fucking time, even if for only 1 month.

During the month of August, Jet Blue will add new flight times on it's in/out bound from JFK to STI. New times begin 8/11/06, as follows:

JFK-STI 10am - 1:35pm

STI-JFK 2:35pm - 6:10pm

In September, it's back to normal. Jet Blue must have purchased a month of new terminal space for the high "dominican" travel season.

Well, at least it's a start!!

It's only for 1 month and the rates are the same. $325 which are the going summer/fall rates.............So yes, they are jacking up the price but across the board.

funny thing is that when u go to book a flight in sept it still has the 2 flights a day.

I just checked random august dates for august BOS to STI more or less same departure times on both ends and AA is exactly $10 cheaper. $429.90 vs $439.90. I like the Jet Blue better than the AA flights because AA has you changing planes in Miami and that airport sucks big time.

Is there a terminal change at JFK for Jet Blue or do domestic and international flights use the same terminal? In Boston all international flights arrive at one terminal.

Not really you fly out of terminal 6 which is jet blue, but return terminal 4 which has immigration facilities etc.

I just checked some dates in September. The new flight times are still in effect (at least according to their website) and the cost is pretty good.

9/14-9/18 - $ 315.90

I also checked AA (JFK-STI)for these dates and the cost is $ 316.00. I do not know about anyone else but these are the best prices I have seen in quite some time.
