Manny Ramirez has refused salary arbitration from the Los Angeles Dodgers, meaning he will become a free agent. According to his agent Scott Boras, Manny is looking for a multi-year deal. However, Ned Colletti, General Manager of the Dodgers says Manny never responded to any of his offers and that his agent never bothered to respond either.
