I think it was a temporary server issue. It opens now. I was having problems with other threads a few minutes ago. It went down as I was posting a response.

Sure you can do it with a direct ride to LGA. I always fly out of JFK so I don't know the connections for other transportation. JFK is easy.

Very odd, opened fine for me and it shows you as someone who read it.
