Washington, Dec.17 : An American Brigadier General at the Guantanamo Bay detention center in Cuba has described Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the main accused of the 9/11 terror attacks on the United States as a calculating man, a monster in a monk's habit and a leader of the prisoners locked away.
