The sale of Verizon Dominicana to America Movil, S.A. was authorized by the Dominican Institute of Telecommunications (INDOTEL) last night through resolution No. 083-06. The measure was discussed in depth, approved, adopted and signed unanimously by the members of the Board of Directors, according to a communique from INDOTEL.
