Has the Europa Hotel re-opened its restaurant since Scott's Coyote shut down ?

It looked open the first week of December. The for sale sign was down and looked open for business, but, didnt see any patrons there.

It's been opened for months. At first they were opened only for breakfast, but now I think they are opened all day.

Owner is some european guy. Very nice.

However, somewhat disappointing food. They also ran out of rice for dinner with only 4 patrons. How the fuck do you run out of rice in the DR?
