The Civil Defense Department reported a small tremor in Santiago at 7:30 yesterday evening. No damage or victims were reported. Last Tuesday another tremor, which registered 3.5 on the Richter scale, was felt in Santiago, Montecristi, Esperanza and other cities. Last night's was the second tremor in the region in 24 hours.
