The coalition known as the Citizens Forum says that the focus of the summit that has the world economic crisis as its central theme, is tackling the national problems from the wrong direction.
Magino Corporan, the secretary general of the entity that is made up of 14 social and community-based organizations, maintains that the country's socio-economic situation is due in large part to the Fernandez government's public policies, to its handling of public spending, and the behavior of public officials in handling state funds.
