[DR1] More than 40 candidates without votes

In the 16 May midterm elections, 44 candidates for deputy did not receive even one vote, which technically means that they did not vote for themselves, something described as incomprehensible by Diario Libre. There is also the possibility that these candidates were registered to vote in another jurisdiction. There were 64 candidates for deputies who only got one vote - probably their own - and yet another 40 who were lucky enough to get two votes. All cases pertained to small or emerging parties.
