I have been on 2 one week vacations in the last 2 months and took a sick day last tuesday cause i had 102 fever and the shits!... I dont wanna ask for anything till next year... i am not new in the company but im new in this position... as for working a weekend... if i have to its mandatory and not given an extra day for that... and i am off for Friday christmas eve and Friday New years eve... but try to find a jet blue flight that i can fly stand by on those days... i may be hard to do and i will be stuck in DR!

Well I presume you are salary so "sick days" are a mute point, that's just a HR derived idea to make the hourly employees feel that are "even" with the salary guys. By law you have unlimited sick days, of course your job could always fire you for non-performance. I know my job doesn't even count the "sick days", they just ask us to be professional about the matter.

Heck as a salaried employee you only have to work 1 hour a week and get your full pay, of course the issue of non-performance comes up.

I am not really salary yet... but i will be this month or the start of the new year(next month)... im basically being watched right now... to see if i improve in this field... in other words dont be a dick and fuck off... i really shouldnt be on here right now... just another of my addictions...

It's Largo, not Key Largo. Key Largo is in the keys at the southern tip of Florida, Largo is in the Tampa Bay area.
