DR and Colombia naval agreement

Naval authorities from the Dominican Republic and Colombia have signed cooperation agreements covering joint anti-terrorism efforts and work in areas that pose a common security threat to both nations. The agreement was signed by DR Navy Chief Luis Lajara Sola and Commander of the Colombian Armada Guillermo Barrera Hurtado. Cooperation will also include work in fighting against drugs, arms and people trafficking.
