THANX you had to rub it in - shit at least i have a countdown a last month i thought i would not be able to pull off another trip sincei am married and its hard to come up with excuses - but shit not only did i pull off another trip i told my wife i need to get away 2 times a year with my friends because i gives me my space and my time to do what i want to do - so there will be many more trips for me thank god - also looking forward to meeting alot of you guys at the BBQ in august i will def be there!!:) :o :rolleyes:

I have looked at it for making pornos myself. Let me share a few things I have come across and maybe if you find out more you can reciprocate. First of all I have been told it is illegal to make porn in the DR. I havent seen any sold in stores in my travels yet so this could quite possibly be true. The next problem is if you live in the US or are selling inside the US you have to comply with laws called 2257. This means for starters you will have to get copies of EVERY person involveds ID. This isnt so bad but just keep it mind. The next major hurdle is if anyone complains. Remember this is a VERY christian culture and pornography is frowned upon ( yes prostitution is not a bad thing but filming it is to them). I have been told by 2 lawyers so far in the DR that nobody will touch a case involving a pornographer as they are considered lower than drug dealers in the DR.

So is it possible to film? Sure if proper steps are taken I think the chances of getting away with it are pretty good actually. If problems arise though who knows what could really happen to you. Probably some big payoffs I would guess.
