I will be in BC this weekend so I would like to know the best places to meet some freelance chicas !

I'd start by browsing to ISOC -> Forums -> DR -> BC and read as
much of the subforums as you can. Great info there. Freelance
Chicas are on Duarte Calle, the beach, and hotel lobbies, and
virtually everywhere else in BC. I've been propositioned at a
hardware store and at BC's baseball field during a game. They'll
find you. Just stand in one spot for awhile.
