[DR1] Colonel to jail

Lawyer Carlos Balcacer reported yesterday evening that Air Force Colonel Pablo Leonel Velasquez, wanted on a warrant from judge Francisco Arias, will give himself up this morning. The colonel is wanted in relation to the murder of Major Jose Herran Mancebo. Mancebo was killed last December by a former corporal, and is suspect to have done so on instructions from Velasquez.
