Spain's International Olympic Committee (IOC) representative Juan Antonio Samaranch jr. thinks US President Barack Obama has the chance to get the 2016 Olympics for his home city, Chicago, thereby eliminating rivals Madrid, Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo.
