Punta Cana to Sosua

I have a Buddy who is going to be part of a wedding Party in Punta Cana The guys would like to get away from the girls to Sosua.Does anyone know they best way to go about getting there?

I think its about 2 hours, more or less. The Capital guys would know better.

I just checked its 200 miles from Punta Cana to the Capital.It is closer than from the Capital to Sosua which is listed as 240 miles.

I think you are wrong, its only 110 miles from one end to the other! (Capital to Puerto Plata)

I paid about $120 from the Capital to Sosua, but that was a few years ago.

I think we used over $60 of FUEL from SD to Puerto Plata, one way, but it was a van with 8.

Gas was much cheaper the last time I made that trip. Its almost two years since I have been to DR.:eek:

How long will these guys be on the loose? If only three or four days there should be enough chicas in La Romana to keep them happy, and that's by far the nearest place of any interest to mongers with half-decent accommodation options. Next nearest would be Boca Chica.
