I just found round trip flights from PHL (philadelphia) and BWI (baltimore) to Puerto Plata round trip for under $400 including tax through March 2005. This is $150 less than anything else I can find from this area. The site is USA3000.com. Unfortunately, they only fly on Wednesdays.
