I returned again from my apartment via bus. Dropped off at the corner. There is a town here and I spoke to some chicas on the way out. Now I am back and there are two chicas we just met talking to JJ. More coming so they said, why you ask, because I offered to buy lunch. There are 5 M & M type massage places within a 10 minute walk.

Go to http://www.aventura-hotel.com/ and look at the rates and terms. Low season price for a room including breakfast is $900 and high season only $1300. Mid season is $1150 and there are aslo specials. Sounds good to me!

Arrived with JJ and Apostleman, we are on third round up. So far a dozen chicas have showed up. Gave the first batch hot dogs and shot 30 pictures. The second batch are waiting for the french fries. My best guess is, John has lost about $20,000 by not taking deposits. I saw a guy make a 2 week reservation, walk in then leave. I saw him tell people he had no rooms, they went to The Europa, paid for their week stays and then the original people no show. If I was staying there, as usual I would only book two nights, pay the 50% and upon the return, have to give no deposit.

I made it back from Breezes casino in Cabarette to the Palace in 4 minutes by jeep... it should only cost 20 pesos... can we get a better idea on location... is it near Jose Oshea's... on the same street..??

Well, superbowl Sunday, met with Babyboy and we went over to Hotel Aventura to check it out.

Colin the owner seems very nice. Doing a lot of wotk to this place, still on-going.

Well we get there around 2 or so but babyboy want to leave at 4, well no chicas around. Some other guests come out and we take a dip in the "c c c c c o l d" pool, well I'm from canada so it ain't THAT cold to me, but everyone else is bitching. get out finish a drink or 2 and 1 chica shows up right about the same time as our cab back to sosua.

Cab from sosua $200 each way - not bad to the other side of Cabarette, but more of a waste due to no chicas.

Did not have enough time to check it back out at night!

The owner is very cool and his best bud hangs out there all the time, he and his wife are cool as well.

When I was there they were sort of in between chicas. He had a few from La Romana but he was thinking of replacing them as they were not working out as well as had been expected.

There was a new barmaid candidate there and she was very cute. I think she may have started the day after I left. She would certainly make for good company while drinking a few beers or taking a swim.

Even though there were not a ton of chicas floating around when I was there, I still enjoyed it and would certainly consider staying there on my next trip to the north coast. Friendly atmosphere with nice rooms, quiet location, cold beer, nice pool at a great price. . . .what is not to like?

We were there twice in Dec/jan and there are plenty of chicas around in the area and available....just a moto away. Jimmydr just told the one chica that was there when we arrived to go and get her friends and within 30 minutes there were a dozen chicas there.

I just wanted to say that were NOT Sosua, I'm not in a town just a small village, no there are not the 100's of chicas walking the streets, hanging at the bars or waiting outside the hotel to be picked up as they are in Sosua, what I have is a tranquil spot with a growing number of girls starting to come and hang out, all are fresh faces to the Sosua crowd, many are chicas from the campos not full time hookers. NO they don't come in at 11:00 am yet, more like 6:00, as we grow and they can see money can be made earlier in the day then they'll show up earlier, and in larger numbers. The bar doesn't start to get busy until between 9:00 and 10:00 We're new and it takes a little time, BB's has been around a while one day I hope we'll be there.

I haven't posted much, but I have been doing a lot of reading. I am planning my first trip to DR in 6 weeks. I sort of like the idea of the Hotel Aventura. I am not much of a dancing at the night club person. When you get over 50 the loud noise is hard to tolerate. My preference would be laid up in a room or by the pool with a fine chica.

Can anyone update information on this Hotel?

I understand it has 8 rooms. What are the chances I will be the only guest in the Hotel?

Is the beach within walking distance?

I will be swinging by there maybe next week, but Billies Field of Dreams is open as well. What you should really do is 2 nights at BlackBeards, 2 at The Palace, 2 at Billies and 2 at Aventura. You will get a large seletion that way. From BlackBeards Billie will send a cheap taxi and from Billies you can head towards Sosua or Caberete.

If this place gets it's act together and puts the chica putas in line and enforce pricing and service. It will give BB's and the Palace a run for it's money. Blackbeards is too fucking far and the Palace is off the beaten path.

Cabrete is a nicer beach and much more laid back and be willing to spend most of my time there instead.

Hey guys, I hang out there several nights a week. Beats the hell out of the same old grind in Sosua. There are 4 gals that live there and I think all of them are fine. If you don't you are NUTZ and you deserve some of the UBH's in Sosua. There are others that roll in and out all evening and of course you get the good with the bad.

All the rooms are LARGE and have been completely redone. New windows, tile, paint, split A/C's, new beds and furniture and much more. Rooms are big and spacious with 12-14 foot ceilings upstairs. Grounds are LOVELY, well landscaped and nice patio. You will NOT desire more than what he gives you.

I like this place more than Sosua to just hang out. Laid back atmosphere and Colin is a great guy that shows you a good time. Girls do NOT hassle you at all. Simple to have a fun time there.

I was there today with Jimmy for the first time hanging out during the day there since I usually hang out at night. Two nice looking gals there while we were there from 11am to about 3 pm.
