Actually, it makes sense and I have personal esperience with that.

Shaving for girls is worse than shaving for us.

If a regular girl thinks that she has no prospects, she will let it go.

Itchy trimmed hairs, razor burn, accidental cuts...

It would cut way down on your choices, though.

You could find a girl you like and set something up for next time.

But finding one that you both find attractive and who doesn't shave, while you are on this trip, is pretty remote.
