National District DA Alejandro Moscoso Segarra has announced that the Central Electoral Board (JCE) will be responsible for reprimanding and punishing seven employees accused of issuing fake documents to foreigners.
The DA also recommended that Lorenzo Liranzo and Angela del Rosario Espejo should be charged for their role in the document mafia.
Del Rosario is suspected of declaring children who weren't hers as her own.
The investigation into the mafia took place over a six-month period.
