Julio Cesar de la Rosa Tiburcio, coordinator of the Dominican Alliance against Corruption (Adocco) and Trajano Vidal Potentini, president of the Foundation for Justice and Transparency criticized a decision by the First Court of Instruction of Santo Domingo that ordered the return of an airplane that landed last year from Puerto Rico with more than US$500,000 in undeclared money. "The plane is evidence, and thus the sentence is in contradiction," said Trajano Vidal.
