If you wanna pay top dollar then go to all of the places you listed... Ive taken one girl out of ilusions and 2 girls from Crystals in my DR "career"....I recommend the girls in the discos/streets/beaches

Casa Blanca was shut down in October and reopened in November. CB is definitely open.

Also for daytime adventures you have the car washes.
