Last night only one game was played and the Gigantes from San Francisco de Macoris defeated the Toros del Este from La Romana on a dramatic, ninth-inning error by opposing pitcher Carlos Yan that allowed the winning run to score from third. For the second night in a row Mark Wagner hit a homerun in the come-from-behind win for the Gigantes, who are 2-0 at home and 0-3 on the road.
