While wandering around just outside Sosua I came across this hardware store some people might find useful if ever needed. I visited many stores in the area while wandering around. This place looked like the closest thing I could find to a Home Depot in the area.
If you are on the main road leaving Charamicos walking towards the airport you will see this sign on the opposite side of the street.

They carry everything from construction materials to hand tools to electric tools and even make keys cheaply.
If you have a broken key there is a Key specialist just leaving Charamicos before you reach The Pescador (fish place) on the main side of the road. Sorry no picture of this not sure what happened to all my pictures thought I took one of this place but I dont seem to have it. Its easy to find as it is a small booth on the main road that says "llaves".
If you have a broken key I suggest this guy as I watched a friend of mine with a broken key get it repaired for 100 pesos. He then took it to the hardware store and got it duplicated for 40 pesos. The Key specialist charges 50 pesos to copy a key.
