Monday, November 9 is a public holiday in celebration of the DR's Constitution Day. Constitution Day actually fell on Friday, 6 November, but will be celebrated on Monday. For this reason, the DR1 news digest will not be published on Monday. News will be compiled for the Tuesday, 10 November issue.
