Looking for apartment/villa in Santiago

Does anyone know of any apartments or villas in Santiago similar to Casa Linda or Hispaniola available for 2 week stays in Santiago? I have a 2 week trip coming up in 2 weeks and would rather stay in an apartment of villa as opposed to a hotel.

Honestly, I've been looking for the same for about three years now. What I've learned is that Santiago does not have the number of vacation rentals that Sosua does because it doesn't really have much of a tourist industry. Therefore, you won't find anything along the lines of Casa Linda or Hispaniola.

But you can find apartments for rent. And since the economy isn't that great, a lot of owners are doing short-term rental. I found a few on Dr1 that seemed to be reasonably priced. And there are a few listed on realtor sites as well. But the best way is to either have someone that you know there scout things out for you, or do it yourself.

Thanks for the info. I appreciate it. Looks like I'll have to look into a hotel. Maybe Aloha Sol or Platino if the prices are reasonable.
