Right next door to the EC. I liked the girlsin EC better. More fun and prettier.

Cisne has gone downhill. I was so disappointed.

The manager gave me a price of 3,500 pesos for two hours. I laughed.

But in 2003, this place had a lot of awesome girls. There was one Russian girl (the translator). I miss her. :cry:

In the winter of 2003, Cisne had the best-looking girls who gave the best service. This place was fuckin heaven!!!

I wonder where the Russian translator from Cisne went. I sure miss her. Where are you baby? :D

Cisne will re-open in a few weeks. But the place will have a different owner.

Cisne used to rock when Alan owned the place. Alan was a very nice and cool guy.

Alan (the former owner of Cisne during the Spring of 2005) said in another website that he now owns two places in Santo Domingo. He runs the casa's very well.

His name is "Allen" not "Alan". My bad.

In the internationalsexguide website, his username is "Allen Dr".

He runs two places in the DR (I do not know where they are located). So it is best to go to that website and send him a PM.

The owner is Cuban. He speaks very good English.

Most of the girls are young (19,20), short (5'0" to 5'3"), petite, and cute. This place has around 10 girls during the day and around 40 girls at night.

2,500 for an all-nighter (from midnight until the morning).

One important thing if you plan to go to "The Garden House".

Outside of this place, there are a few young guys who will say, "Hey my friend!!" "You look for chica?" Just either ignore them or shake your head.

If the guy follows you into the place, do not worry. Just tell the owner (the Cuban guy) that you came here ON YOUR OWN. And the guy DOES NOT deserve a commission. The owner will listen to you and give you the cheap rate. :)

Very good point.

This is the annoying thing about Santo Domingo. Outside of the places, there are young guys harassing you.

But during my trip to Sosua, there was NONE of that. And wherever I went in Sosua, I always bumped into The_Jayman and BrooklynBeas! LOL LOL :lol:

There are a lot of politur in sosua, to keep these guys away. But they also round up the chicas alot too.
