Info on Villa Tranquila

Anybody stay at this villa ? You can view it at hispaniolarealestate.com

This place looks outstanding but I was curious about the privacy and how secluded the pool is. I can imagine doing a Jimmy with a full time cook, and a stable of chicas put on a rotation schedule. It appears that you have your own little private beach there as well. Appears to be very private and secluded and IMHO would be an ideal place

I'm curious as to whether they're affiliated with Residencial Hispaniola since it's on their website... Maybe this is the one that they've been building on the beach..?

I haven't been down that way the last few times I been to Sosua, has that area been opened by the Heliport?? Looked like an outstanding project just wondering how much they may want there??

Is it walking distance to the main strip or a couple of minutes by moto? Interested in a 3 bedroom but don’t want to be far away, rent a car, use a taxi, etc
