The authorities searching for 4 people lost at sea since last Thursday have recovered the bodies of Laura Ricart and Spaniard Javier Jorge, who were on a fishing boat trip from Boca Chica. While 4 life jackets have been found, only 2 bodies have been recovered. Still missing are Ricart's husband Plinio Jacobo and their friend US citizen Robert Wagner Skaater. The group had left on the boat without Navy permission. That day, high tides of 7-10 feet and a relatively low temperature of 18 degrees Celsius were registered.
