The president of the Dominican Telecommunications Institute (INDOTEL), Jose Rafael Vargas, has announced the re-launching of the telemedicine project in hospitals of 14 provinces and clinics in the Cibao region. The project is sponsored by INDOTEL with funding from the Telecommunications Development Fund, according to a report by Diario Libre.
