More than 30 competitors from all around the world are in Puerto Plata to take part in the 8th Caribbean Laser Midwinter Regatta 15 to 17 January in Cabarete, Puerto Plata. Registrations have been received from Japan, Sweden, the Netherlands, the US, Canada, Spain and the DR. The event is organized by the Laser Training Center of Cabarete.
