Hotel Montana owner in Santo Domingo

After 5 days trapped under the rubble, the owner of Port-au-Prince's Hotel Montana, which collapsed burying 200 people at just before 5pm on Tuesday 12 January, was rescued on Saturday at 4pm. 62-year old Nadine Cardozo was flown to Santo Domingo for recovery. She was hospitalized at the Abel Gonzalez private clinic. Cardozo was accompanied by her husband, German Reinhard Riedl. The 30-year-old Hotel Montana was one of Port-au-Prince's leading hotels.
