The Expomovil Banreservas car fair will have RD$2 billion to loan for financing automobile purchases at a 7.5% interest rate and as much as 80% financing. The big fair, which opens today, is being held at 60 different locations around the country at dealers and distributors. BanReservas administrator Daniel Toribio said that any car buyer who makes the most of all the facilities being offered by the bank can get up to 5 years to pay off their cars and up to 4 years to pay off trucks. This year, the dealers and vehicle distributors will be working together with the bank officials. Five bank officials will be available during the fair hours.
