Juan Fernandez, the head of the Internal Revenue Department (IRD), reported that 1,500 people renewed their license plate stickers yesterday. The renewals can be done by phone, internet or in person at any savings and loan office around the country. All that is needed is a copy of the vehicle's registration papers and the required fees.
