any reviews on Foreigner's Club Hotel

Foreigner's Club Hotel is nestled in the Colonial Zone
in the city of Santo Domingo.
The Foreigner's Club is a 10-room bed and breakfast hotel
rooms $35 to $75 us

anyone know the answers to these questions
are they chica friendly?
is it loud at night?
do they have hot water?

Supposed to be under some type of new management (I had heard the former owner died), up to that point it was frequented by mostly gay travelers. Don't know if this is being continued under the new management. If it is I don't think they will really care what you do, and I also doubt although I don't know for sure, if they have a problem with someone bringing in different people.

it is still a gay hotel near a park that is gay. so i would say its a good place if your gay but not really a place i will ever stay again. its back away from everything and they always have the doors locked if the was a earthquack or fire you would be trapped in there.
