[DR1] Hertell: FTA will begin this year

According to United States Ambassador Hans Hertell, the Dominican Republic will enter the free trade agreement with the US before the end of this year, as reported by Diario Libre. The diplomat said there are issues that still need to be settled before that happens and added that the US government does not have the intention of adversely affecting any sector and recognizes the right of different institutions involved in DR-CAFTA to defend their interests.
