Leading merengue star Sergio Vargas will close the Santiago carnival on Sunday, 28 February. Also on the stage will be El Prodigio and his accordion as part of celebrations for the Santiago Carnival. The Santiago carnival has been enhanced this year with the sponsorship by Presidente beer.
