A selection of Latin pop music stars is booked for Santo Domingo's Palacio de los Deportes on 6 March. Reik, Martha Heredia, Cristian Castro & Noel Schajris (formerly of the Sin Banderas group) are coming together for a show called "Pop Invasion." Martha Heredia, winner of the 2009 Latin American Idol reality show, will perform the songs that won her the title. Cristian Castro (El culpable soy yo) is also known for his role in the soap Herencia de Amor. Reik has won MTV Latin America and Latin Grammy awards. The group is also due to perform in Cape Town this summer, as part of the Soccer World Cup Championship celebrations in South Africa.
