President Leonel Fernandez is scheduled to attend a gala dinner for the upcoming First The Competitiveness Institute Global Conference on Tourism Clusters. For the event, leading experts on tourism cluster organizations will be in Punta Cana the week right after Easter for the First Competitiveness Institute Global Conference on Tourism Clusters. The event will take place at the Barcelo Bavaro Convention Center from 7-10 April.
Participants will be able to hear and see for themselves working case studies of tourism clusters in the Dominican Republic. Speakers are coming from Spain, Chile, the United States, Peru, Brazil, Uruguay and Australia, among other countries.
